sunday was the fifth or sixth annual kampala marathon. the papers reported that there were 10000+ participants. only a tiny fraction run the whole marathon - most are in the 10k. i went for 10k two years ago, but have been a photographer last year and this. i posted this over at PPAD as well, [...]
