just before my mom got here i told the boys that my mom was arriving that night. kyeyune looked at me in surprise saying, “eh! your mom? here?” i was like yeah, she’s coming tonight. he pondered this a bit and then asked, making motions with his arms mimicking crutches, “does she walk with sticks, or is she firm?” ha.
today i told them that paige’s parents were arriving tonight. the same surprise. then a question referencing my mom. “are they also fit?”
